ICYMI, we hosted an amazing pizza party last week with Nicole from @NoBread. We made our favorite pizzas compliments of Mikey's—the crust is gluten-free, paleo, non-GMO, soy free and dairy free! We topped them with Pomi Sauce, Daiya Dairy Free Mozzarella Cheese and Melissa's Produce, and finished the meal off with this incredible Lily's Sweets Chocolate FOUNTAIN! Yes, it was as incredible as it sounds and we're currently debating how we can get one in our office full time. The sweets didn't end there though, we also heavily sampled the Enjoy Life Foods soft baked cookies...they’re completely addicting.
While we were enjoying all of the treats, Nicole from @NoBread shared how she turned a hardship into something positive—her battle with Celiac is what pushed her to start her blog and share what she was learning along the way. Five years later, she’s pursuing a dream career and helping fellow gluten free friends on their journeys as well!
