While there, he discovered his passion: incorporating physical therapy and rehabilitation movements into exercise to help clients develop long, lean muscle tone and eliminate bulk.

Stephen turned these insights into a set of innovative, proprietary exercises that became the foundation of his personal training practice and exercise classes, which he's been building since 2012.
