Strength Training Workout + DJ YANA with @ebailey_fitness
Erin Bailey is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer who has spent the last five years teaching at some of Boston’s top boutique studios. She thrives on creating energy and excitement around group fitness and has become well known for her positive, encouraging approach. She combined her love for marketing and fitness into one and joined ASICS Digital as the director of fitness programming in 2017. In her role, she establishes and curates fitness content in the ASICS Studio app and recruits and coaches top fitness talent.
Erin Bailey led an intense calorie burning, full body, body-weight workout. The class consisted of 40 min body-weight only sweat session, that targeted your whole body, legs, arms and core, along with live jams played by DJ Yana. The class ended with a mindful cool down and finished off with a Q&A with Erin!
