We are so excited to celebrate our 2nd Annual Fitness Marathon for Charity! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an area particularly close to our hearts.  Our founder, Sarah, lost her mom, Holly, to Breast Cancer.  In honor of the millions of women who have battled Breast Cancer, and in honor of Holly, (a fitness fanatic in her own right,) we are proud to be hosting this year's Fitness Marathon to support the cause.

Grab a fit friend and meet us for a workout (or two, or three...)! We have partnered with multiple studios in your area, and 100% of ticket sales will be donated! If you can't attend one of our fab fit events, you can still donate via the links below or by clicking here.  Every dollar counts and is so greatly appreciated! Last year, in NYC alone, we donated over $12,000!! All proceeds will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering.*

Studio Details:

Btone Fitness North End: Experience btone’s signature full-body training experience, TONE. Through a unique series of complementary exercises, this 45-minute class hits every muscle in your body using our custom-crafted state of the art arkeTONE Machine. The arkeTONE is a comfortable, stable platform with a set of 7 springs that provide you a smooth, gliding resistance experience that is 100% customizable. From move to move, you have the ability to tailor and adjust the springs’ resistance, and body positioning, making each exercise comfortable and effective for your unique needs on that day. As you get stronger, the machine adapts and continues to challenge you. Each session builds long, lean muscle mass, toning and balancing your whole body. While the movements are slow, they are challenging and create the perfect atmosphere for zero-impact, heart-rate driving cardio while you build muscle; quite simply, this is a wildly efficient 45 minutes! Through precision low-impact, high-intensity movements, we custom craft a joint-loving, muscle-shaking, engaging experience that leaves you just-the-right-amount of sore. No two classes are ever the same, and all of our expert instructors are ready to give you modifications so your TONE fits you to a T. Important InfoGrip socks are required to participate in the class.

BURN Fitness Studios - Back Bay: Power BURN:  One of our "signature" classes.  This class will focus on strengthening muscles you never knew you had by incorporating muscle burn pyramid interval sets that individually focus on your lower body, core, and upper body. Strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body while also generating a metabolic "ripple" effect that will continue to burn fat for hours after the workout. Important Info: No special equipment needed for the class - just be ready to sweat.  We provide free towels and filtered water for their water bottles. Bottled water is also available for purchase.

TITLE Boxing:  This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags. Taught by Nancy Chen of @approachingpaleo. **Please bring hand wraps if you have your own, otherwise they are $8 to purchase at studio. These are required for the class. 

    MYSTRYDE | Power Stryde Class:  This class burns calories on and off the treadmill. Be prepared for a combination of both running and strength exercises. This class is formatted with 4 -8 minute intervals on the treadmill, alternated with 4 -8 minutes of strength exercises. The workout typically includes some dynamic mode exercises too (a special feature on the Woodway treadmills that allows you to power the treadmill). MyStryde works on an effort scale of 1 -5 so all levels are welcomed in this class. Important Info: Clean sneakers required, must be dry too. Showers with towels are available.

    Flywheel: Our signature high-intensity interval training ride. Climb heavy hills, sprint through fast flats, jog up-and-down mixed terrains, and race against others in the epic class that’s changed countless bodies and minds. Includes an upper-body series for a full-body workout. Important Info: Shoes are provided.

    What is the Cancellation Policy?

    As this is a charity event, all ticket sales are final.  Please notify us of any cancellations, however, we will not be issuing refunds and donating all funds to charity.  

    I don’t know anyone, can I come alone?

    Yes, absolutely!! We hope you are never deterred by not having a friend to accompany you. The purpose of these events is to meet like-minded people, and we will kick off every event with a mini icebreakers game to ensure you know at least one friendly face in the crowd.

    What time will the event actually start?

    Please refer to the schedule above to see each individual studio time.  The class begin promptly at the time the event is called for.  If arriving early- we appreciate punctuality- but may ask you to hang tight while another class finishes up!

    I’m held up with another obligation and running late, is that ok?

    Studios will only hold your spot for 15 minutes, but we will ensure there is still a swag bag for you.  

    I have an allergy, can I be accommodated?

    We always make an effort to accommodate as many allergies as possible, and list all allergies that are “safe” in the food at the event, however, if you’re concerned feel free to email us at founders@sayhellowellness.com.
